The Perfect Advertising Software
While there is no one software that has all these features, it's pretty easy to imagine what it would look like from these responses: An Automated Money-Making Machine! All you need to do is insert your product and it does the rest for you, from set up to optimization, provide a product and become rich.
Of course, nothing like that exists, but there are solutions to a lot of these problems as they pertain to advertising. What's more interesting is the fact that these issues collected into broader categories than expected. Initially, I planned a "Creative", "Copy", "SEO" and an "Other" category. What I got were problems stemming from uncertainty, time poverty, information sourcing, trust, and incompleteness i.e. human condition flaws. These are much harder to solve.
That being said, if you can write algorithms to reduce these inefficiencies, you may be in for a huge material opportunity. For us at Marpipe, we've attacked several of these core concerns. While Marpipe is no 'Perfect Advertising Software', here's what it will do when the program is completed.

Conclusion
Marpipe solves a lot of the problems advertisers mentioned they're facing today, though I'd be lying if I said Marpipe is perfect. It's still a work in progress, so a lot of these promises are a year or two out. Although, in terms of the advertising industry, a couple years might as well be a couple hours.
