Who Are We Looking For?

An organized, analytical, self-motivated customer success and account management expert.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in an account management role (or comparable client-facing role) at an agency or an in-house marketing/advertising department.
  • Thorough understanding of digital advertising/marketing & 2 years' experience working in the industry. 
  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook Business Manager (1-2 years' experience).
  • Experience and comfort analyzing and manipulating marketing data.
  • Ability to deliver detail oriented high-quality projects/reports for customers under deadlines.
  • Ability to oversee a customer throughout their entire lifecycle and consult on selling further services upon project completion.
  • Excellent communication skills - constant customer & team communication will be very important for this role. The ideal candidate is able to effectively email, call, and video conference with enterprise-level customers throughout the customer lifecycle from implementation meetings to ongoing report meetings.
  • Innovative operational thinking - ability to create, document, & constantly improve internal processes for customer success.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage customer accounts and relationships with throughout their entire lifecycle. Our customers are sophisticated digital media managers who are subject matter experts.
  • Consult on selling further services at the completion of each project timeline (where applicable).
  • Organize & maintain up-to-date customer status using Airtable and Slack so the team is aware of what is going on & upcoming each day.
  • Communicate with team members on timelines, creative/project needs, and all additional project specifications everyday.
  • Implementation - onboarding new customers coming in from the Sales team.
  • Reporting - meeting with customers to discuss creative component analysis & further testing plans.

We are a martech team that aims to bring data-driven certainty into the world of advertising creative. At a starting point, we do this by taking the artwork people see in digital ads, breaking it down to discrete components, and testing hundreds of permutations to determine which pieces of an ad drive the most customer engagement. We are developing a SaaS platform that takes the tools and techniques we’ve developed, and makes them accessible to anyone with an internet connection. This is where you come in.

As a team, we've been around for about 3 years, but have recently become backed by some of the best partners in the industry, including Adobe, MediaMath, and some of NYC's best VCs.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Combination of salary and equity, commensurate with experience
